Once customer approves final design,fabric,color and size their will be no return accommodated unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Personalized customer designs are considered approved upon purchase and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice 100% 
PO needs to be approved by accounting department
Delivery within three weeks from receipt of payment and final confirmation of order

Orders over $500 automatically qualify for free shipping.
(Free shipping is standard ground shipping with no signature requirement and no insurance ) 
P.O box shipping only through USPS can be subject to extra charges.
Air shipping, One day shipping, 2 days shipping with or without signature with or without
     Insurance will have extra charges.
     Please check all the shipping policies with any of our staff members before you place your order. 
     All payments have to be made in full including but not limited to shipping charges.
     Shipping nationally via FEDEX,UPS,USPS ,for international shipping FEDEX and DHL.

    Cratus Apparel custom product orders are non-refundable. By paying for this order, you are agreeing to our No Refund & No Returns policy. Once an order has been        confirmed and placed Cratus Sports is not liable for any dissatisfaction that the customer might experience or portray.Our Staff provide Digital Color Chart , Size Chart and  even photos of Fabric if requested. Secured Shipping with insurance can be requested ahead of order. Cratus Sports will provide tracking of all shipping including free shipping but will not be liable for any delay or lost of product.
