At Cratus Sports, we do not offer returns or refunds on custom orders.
We specialize in creating fully custom uniforms and apparel, with each order being uniquely designed and produced specifically for the customer, team, or organization.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds for custom orders.
